1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and approval before production begins.
PinkiesWear reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailable resources, inappropriate reference images, or design limitations.
If your order is rejected by our team, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Custom Nail Sizing
Every custom nail set is made solely based on the nail sizing image submitted by the customer.
Please ensure your sizing images are clear, well-lit, and accurately represent your natural nails.
PinkiesWear is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from inaccurate, unclear, cropped, or misleading sizing images submitted by the customer.
3. Inspiration Images
Please upload clear photographs of real nail designs as your inspiration.
Orders containing cartoon artwork, anime images, graphic illustrations, AI-generated artwork, or unrealistic digital designs may be rejected.
If an order is rejected for this reason, the full payment will be refunded.
While we always aim to recreate your chosen design as closely as possible, an exact replica cannot be guaranteed. Slight artistic variations may occur due to the handmade nature of every set.
4. Handmade Products
Every PinkiesWear nail set is individually handcrafted.
Minor variations in placement, texture, artwork, embellishments, or colour are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
These slight differences make every set unique.
5. Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
A clear, continuous package opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Refund or replacement requests submitted without an uninterrupted opening video may be declined.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all PinkiesWear products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or otherwise approved by PinkiesWear.
7. Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.
8. Production & Shipping
All products are handmade and require production time before shipping.
Estimated production and dispatch time is generally between 10–20 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity.
Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on your shipping location and courier service.
9. Product Usage
PinkiesWear is not responsible for damage, lifting, breakage, discoloration, loss of embellishments, or reduced durability caused after the product has been applied or used.
Improper application, incorrect removal, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive force, or improper storage may affect the lifespan of the nails.
A detailed tutorial explaining proper application and safe removal is available on our website. Customers are encouraged to follow these instructions carefully.
10. Colour & Appearance
Actual product colours may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions, photography, monitor settings, or mobile display variations.
Minor colour differences do not qualify as product defects.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate personal details, including name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
PinkiesWear is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or other issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
